Cake Delivery Policy

Delivery Address

We only deliver to the billing address or delivery address provided at the time of your order. Please ensure that all address details and a reachable phone number are accurate when completing your order.

Note: We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes (Post Office Boxes). Deliveries must be made to valid street addresses.

We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect address information. If a cake is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, any re-delivery will incur additional charges, which will be disclosed upon request for a second delivery attempt.


Change of Delivery Address

If you need to change the delivery address, please contact us at +60165204795 within 12 hours of placing your order.

Requests for changes to the delivery address may result in additional delivery charges, which will be the responsibility of the customer.


Delivery Time

Cakes are typically delivered on our working days, based on your selected date and time slot, subject to your location. Deliveries are made between 11:30 AM (earliest slot) and 6:30 PM (latest slot).

If you require same-day or weekend delivery, please contact us in advance at +016-520 4795 to check availability and any applicable fees.


Delivery Tracking

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive a packing slip via WhatsApp after we have received and processed your order details.


Delivery Partner

We work with trusted third-party delivery partners — Lalamove — to ensure your cakes are delivered safely and on time. All deliveries are handled with care; however, once an order leaves our premises, responsibility for the item is transferred to the delivery partner.

While we coordinate closely with Lalamove, we are not liable for any delays, damages, or issues that may occur during transit. In such cases, we will do our best to assist you in communicating with the delivery provider.

To ensure a smooth delivery experience, please ensure that the delivery address and contact number provided are accurate, and that someone is available to receive the cake during your selected time slot.




 Risk and Responsibility

Once the cake has been handed over to the delivery partner — including cases where the delivery is arranged by the customer — and it leaves our premises, the risk and responsibility for the product are transferred to the customer.

We take great care in packaging and handling your order to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. However, we are not liable for any damage, delays, or loss that occur during transit due to mishandling by third-party delivery services or incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.

Please ensure that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time, as cakes are perishable and require timely handling. Re-delivery or changes after dispatch may incur additional charges and may affect the quality of the product.
